Job summary

NoGood is seeking a Digital PR & Outreach Intern to lead end-to-end digital PR campaigns and outreach initiatives. You will craft pitches, build journalist relationships, and coordinate with Content, SEO, and Creative teams to align PR with growth goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in digital PR or related roles, a track record of securing placements, and familiarity with content marketing, analytics, and CRM tools like HubSpot. Hybrid/remote NYC-based environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital PR, high‑quality link building, content outreach, journalism, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of successfully executing digital PR campaigns and securing media placements.
• Strong foundational knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and analytics.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and project management skills.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and outreach platforms.
• Journalism or traditional PR background is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive digital PR and outreach strategies to secure placements in reputable digital media outlets, blogs, and influencer networks.
• Lead outreach campaigns, including crafting personalized pitches, relationship‑building with journalists, editors, and digital influencers.
• Implement strategic link‑building campaigns that contribute directly to client SEO and AEO performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Content, SEO, and Creative, to align PR strategies with overall growth objectives.
• Project manage outreach campaigns, ensuring clear communication, timely follow‑ups, and robust reporting.
• Monitor, track, and analyze outreach effectiveness, adjusting strategies to continuously improve results.
