Job summary

NP Digital is seeking a Digital PR Lead to expand brand awareness and manage online reputation for enterprise clients in a fast-paced environment. You will work across Search, Paid, and Content teams to design and execute promotional strategies, measure impact, and drive tangible results.

The role requires 3-5 years in PR or digital marketing, a strong media relationship track record, and fluency in analytics, SEO and GEO strategies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PR, communications, or digital marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, or related field.
• Proven media coverage track record.
• Experience researching blogger and influencer partnerships.
• Understanding of paid social media best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management.
• Understanding of Google Analytics basics.
• Strong understanding of SEO and GEO practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated promotional strategies across channels to gain search and GEO visibility.
• Research publishers and journalists; build and nurture relationships with key media contacts.
• Develop pitch angles and write pitch emails.
• Correspond with journalists to secure media placements.
• Negotiate pay-to-play blogger and influencer collaborations.
• Ideate content topics and promotional plans.
• Manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, and client needs.
• Bring new ideas and tactics to client work and the team.
• Understand digital market trends and online business climate.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Coach Specialists/Interns on Digital PR tasks.
• Client-facing and articulate Digital PR strategy to support campaigns.
