Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Project Manager for the Global Payment Network PMO to lead Digital Platform Projects, including domestic and international eCommerce and tokenization work within the Digital Platforms. The role collaborates with product peers, technology partners and operations to drive end-to-end delivery across functions and lines of business.

The successful candidate will manage multiple programs with governance, reporting, and risk mitigation to ensure timely, within-scope

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple program deliveries impacting Digital Platforms and launches.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery from discovery to governance.
• Coordinate with product, technology and operations for seamless handoffs.
• Monitor critical path, plan contingencies, and control resources.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and manage escalations.
