Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Project Manager to sit with the Global Payment Network PMO and support Digital Platform Projects, including domestic and international eCommerce and tokenization work. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Master’s degree or advanced certifications (CSM, CPO, SAFE).
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 2+ years of experience in Program, Portfolio or Product Management.
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services.
• 2+ years of experience in the Consumer Credit Card industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple program/project deliveries that impact Digital Platforms.
• Full engagement and delivery of programs, including discovery/portfolio tracking and governance.
• Own end-to-end management of initiatives from the 'Manage' phase onwards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and monitor critical path and resources.
• Oversee communications and stakeholder engagement with timely reporting.
• Identify improvements for future programs based on execution learnings.
• Build strong partner relationships and manage interdependencies.
