Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Project Management in the Global Payment Network PMO to oversee Digital Platform projects, including domestic and international eCommerce and tokenization work. You will coordinate with product, technology and operations teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery across multiple functions.

The role requires 3+ years of project management experience, PMO discipline, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
• Master’s degree or advanced certifications (CSM, CPO, SAFE).
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 2+ years of experience in Program, Portfolio or Product Management.
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services.
• 2+ years of experience in the Consumer Credit Card industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple program/project deliveries that impact Digital Platforms.
• Full engagement and delivery of programs, including discovery/portfolio tracking, project tracking and execution, & governance.
• Owns the end-to-end management of initiatives from the 'Manage' phase onwards.
• Collaborate with all levels of the organization to monitor the critical path and plan contingencies.
• Full service management of communications and stakeholder engagement including reporting on program and feature delivery progress.
• Insights and improvements for future programs/project based on execution learnings.
• Build and maintain high trust relationships with partner teams across the Network.
• Lead the management of complex technical interdependencies and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
• Facilitate standard PMO routines and drive adherence to standard artifact templates.
• Identify Jira tagging/reporting issues and troubleshoot access, data entry & reconcile Jira Basic.
