Vertech in the United States is seeking an Industry Director - Digital Plant Sales to lead strategic market development and sales growth for Digital Plant solutions such as MES, MOM, and SCADA. This remote role focuses on direct key account engagement and collaboration with field sales teams to uncover new business opportunities.

The Industry Director will shape go-to-market strategies, guide cross-functional efforts with marketing, operations, and engineering, and ensure profitable project

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the target market, focusing on MOM, MES, manufacturing, continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Proven leadership with track record of sales performance and market development in a technical organization.
• Experience with MOM, MES and SCADA platforms and solutions.
• Strong understanding of production processes, regulatory considerations, and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Market Leadership: deeply understand the target market and refine Vertech’s positioning.
• Sales Activity and Leadership: drive sales and manage key accounts with executive engagement.
• Marketing Alignment: partner with marketing to ensure messaging reflects strategic position.
• Operational Excellence: align resources to meet quality, scope and profitability.
• Partnerships & Technology Strategy: build vendor relationships and align tech stacks with client needs.
• Thought Leadership: represent Vertech through conferences, publications, and networks.
