Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least two years financial experience.
• Experience with or ability to gain proficiency in debit card programs and systems.
• Experience developing and implementing operational plans that ensure compliance and strong member experience.
• Ability to use independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn company policies and abide by laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor debit card performance through reporting and identify issues.
• Respond to member inquiries, including escalated and complex cases.
• Provide second-level support and educate associates on products and cross-selling.
• Troubleshoot transaction failures, declines, or processing issues.
• Help develop procedures for consistent member experience and efficiency.
• Research production issues affecting debit card usage and resolve non-routine issues.
• Support debit card initiatives, including interchange optimization and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain data confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
