Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a metrics-focused professional to oversee Digital Payments performance, including Bill Payments and Transfers. You will design and monitor metrics, identify risks, and partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to strengthen controls.

You will lead root-cause analysis, drive remediation, and communicate findings to leadership across multiple teams, contributing to responsible growth and enhanced customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in metrics, operations, analytics, risk, controls, product, process management, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify emerging trends, anomalies, and risk indicators through detailed data analysis and metric evaluation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to investigate and break down complex problems, challenge assumptions, and uncover underlying drivers of performance and risk.
• Proven ability to lead root cause analysis efforts across complex processes and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive problem remediation from identification through resolution, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively and risks are appropriately mitigated.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex findings, clearly explain problems and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams, and influence action across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee Digital Payments operational metrics across Bill Payments and Transfers product(s), ensuring timely monitoring and reporting across the portfolio.
• Design, enhance, and proactively evaluate metrics and key risk indicators to identify emerging risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to develop new metrics and monitoring capabilities aligned with evolving products and risk priorities.
• Lead issue identification, investigation, and resolution efforts when metrics indicate problems, coordinating corrective actions and tracking outcomes to completion.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other cross-functional partners to implement effective monitoring frameworks and support business objectives.
