Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in metrics, analytics, risk, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators.
• Excellent attention to detail and curiosity to investigate complex problems.
• Experience leading root cause analyses across processes and systems.
• Proven ability to drive remediation and mitigate risk with corrective actions.
• Strong communication to explain findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee Digital Payments metrics across Bill Payments and Transfers.
• Design and evaluate metrics and risk indicators to identify emerging risks.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to develop new metrics.
• Lead issue identification, investigation, and resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to implement monitoring frameworks.
