Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in metrics, operations, analytics, risk, controls, product, process management, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify emerging trends, anomalies, and risk indicators through detailed data analysis and metric evaluation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to investigate and break down complex problems, challenge assumptions, and uncover underlying drivers of performance and risk.
• Proven ability to lead root cause analysis efforts across complex processes and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive problem remediation from identification through resolution, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively and risks are appropriately mitigated.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex findings, clearly explain problems and recommendations to leadership and cross‑functional teams, and influence action across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee Digital Payments operational metrics across Bill Payments and Transfers product(s) ensuring timely and consistent monitoring and reporting across the portfolio.
• Design, enhance, and proactively evaluate metrics and key risk indicators to identify emerging risks, assess control effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to develop new metrics and monitoring capabilities that align with evolving products, customer experiences, and risk priorities.
• Lead issue identification, investigation, and resolution efforts when metrics indicate potential problems, coordinating corrective actions and tracking outcomes to completion.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other cross‑functional partners to implement effective monitoring frameworks, support business objectives, and ensure risk mitigation strategies remain effective.
