Qualifications

• 5+ years in payment operations, wire transfer, FX, or related financial services functions.
• 3+ years leadership in a regulated financial institution with staff oversight and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Fedwire, SWIFT, FX payments, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Experience with sanctions screening, BSA/AML, fraud controls, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Wire, FX, ACH, card operations and payment services.
• Ensure timely, accurate processing, investigations, and reconciliations per service levels and regulatory requirements.
• Lead domestic and international wire transfers, FX settlements, and high‑value escalation handling.
• Oversee payment screening for sanctions, fraud controls, and risk management in daily operations.
• Partner with Treasury, Compliance, Finance, and Technology to drive improvements and implement system enhancements.
