City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Digital Payments Team Leader to oversee Transaction Support, Card Operations, EFT services, and dispute processing. You will drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk management, and high-quality client service across a cross-functional team in a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Transaction Support, card operations, EFT services, transaction disputes, payment operations, or related financial services functions.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or lead experience within a regulated financial institution, including operational controls, regulatory compliance, risk management, employee development, and client service.
• Strong knowledge of Regulation E, card network rules, and dispute processing.
• Strong knowledge of card fraud and exception processes, third-party card service provider oversight, and reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and daily oversight for Transaction Support, Card Operations, EFT support, Special Handling Channel, and dispute processing.
• Oversee Special Handling Channel to ensure requests are reviewed, processed, and completed accurately and timely.
• Monitor queues, aging, priority items, service levels, and escalations; support high-risk or time-sensitive requests.
• Establish and maintain operational controls, reviews, reporting, and backup coverage for Special Handling Channel activities.
• Oversee debit card operations, servicing, limits, vendor coordination, and complex card issues.
• Oversee dispute processing, provisional credits, investigations, documentation, recoveries, and client notifications.
• Ensure compliance with Regulation E, card network requirements, and bank policies.
• Lead or support system implementations, vendor enhancements, testing, and process improvements affecting payment services.
• Participate in audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews with timely remediation.
