Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Digital Channels Coordinator to support the Digital Payments and Digital Banking units. The role requires handling wire, ACH, online banking queues, and regulatory compliance, with cross-training across units and accuracy in balancing and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Online Banking/ACH or related financial services experience.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange operations, FX wire processing, SWIFT services, and currency workflows.
• Ability to process, reconcile, and balance large-dollar transactions in foreign and domestic currencies.

Responsibilities

• Works the online banking and bill pay enrollment queue.
• Maintains EFT and cardholder support ticket queues.
• Ensures compliance with Regulation E, Visa rules, and network policies.
• Conducts dispute resolution and GL reconciliation for EFT and online banking.
• Assists with weekly/monthly department reports and testing/implementation of new products.
