City National Bank of Florida seeks a Digital Payments Team Leader to direct the operational oversight of Transaction Support, Card Operations, EFT services, and the Special Handling Channel. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure accurate processing, regulatory compliance, risk management, and exceptional client service.

This role partners with treasury, legal, compliance, fraud, technology, and vendors to drive improvements, audits, and system implementations while maintaining strong

Qualificações

• 3+ years in transaction support, card ops, EFT services, or related payments.
• 2+ years in leadership within a regulated financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of Regulation E and card network rules.
• Experience with risk management and internal controls.
• Familiarity with vendor management and system implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations across Transaction Support, Cards, and EFT services.
• Oversee Special Handling Channel and dispute processing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls.
• Monitor SLAs, performance metrics, and risk indicators.
