Job summary

Wilson Bank and Trust is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager of Digital Payments to oversee all activities of the Digital Payments Department. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3 years of electronic banking experience (ACH, online banking, wire transfers, instant payments, etc.).
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the Digital Payments team, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented culture.
• Provide oversight for all aspects of the Digital Payments Department, including procedures, product development, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff. Identify professional development opportunities and provide performance feedback on an ongoing basis.
• Encourage innovation, efficiency and growth within the team to improve banking processes, manage compliance and inspire excellence
