Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience plus 3-5 years in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of data at functional and technical levels for troubleshooting.
• Experience with application testing, maintenance, configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Support SDLC processes with testing, defect management, peer review and release management.
• Document processes, test scripts, use cases and data flows for complex systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and project plans.
• Author complex reports and data integration templates; develop light scripting for configs.
• Design and administer application software configuration to meet requirements; assist acquisitions.
