FirstLight Federal Credit Union in El Paso, TX is seeking an Entry-level Admin Clerk to serve as a key liaison between members and internal stakeholders. You will support Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and digital payment services, helping drive adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include delivering courteous member service, assisting with product training within six months, and maintaining knowledge of card services and digital platforms to promote service offerings.

• Complete Credit Union Products & Services Training within six (6) months of appointment.
• One (1) year of customer service experience preferably in a financial institution, call-center, or member facing environment.

Level: Entry, Job Location: Administration Building - El Paso, TX 79924, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $17.77 - $22.21 Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Admin - Clerical, Serves as a key liaison between members and internal stakeholders to ensure the optimal performance, functionality, and continuous improvement of Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Payment Services, Credit/Debit/ATM Cards and related digital products. This role maintains a comprehensive understanding of card services, digital banking platforms and business banking solutions. The position executes communication strategies that drive member growth, strengthen brand awareness, and promote the adoption of digital services. Additionally, the role supports the expansion and implementation of digital and payment-based products to enhance the Credit Union’s service offerings.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
