Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.

• Leadership or project coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates daily digital pathology operations and imaging workflow.
• Oversees scheduling and prioritization of scanning requests.
• Serves as primary resource for digital pathology operations and staff guidance.
• Monitors scanners and equipment, coordinating maintenance with vendors.
• Develops and improves standard workflows, QA processes for digital pathology.
• Coordinates with pathologists, researchers, and labs to support digital pathology services.
• Maintains image management systems, digital storage, and archival processes.
• Onboards and trains staff on workflows and quality standards.
• Supports continuous improvement to enhance efficiency.
