Job summary

Ruhrpumpen is seeking an experienced Service Parts Analyst to maximize customer uptime by end‑to‑end spare parts order fulfillment and pricing using digital tools. You will work with customers, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure accurate parts lists, competitive pricing, and reliable inventory availability.

You will review installations and data to anticipate needs, recover opportunities, and minimize costs while supporting aftermarket goals with digitized processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment environments (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience using MS Office tools.
• Experience with BAAN or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge in QR tags.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop and validate complete spare parts lists.
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings to identify needs and resolve issues.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries on parts pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Develop, process, and maintain customer price lists with third‑party vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Review spare parts lists and pricing to ensure competitiveness and digitize for future deployment.
• Provide installation and spare parts lists by customer to support growth and retention initiatives.
