Job summary

Shatterproof seeks a Digital Operations Specialist to manage the daily operations, reliability, and continuous improvement of our web ecosystem and digital engagement platforms. This role sits at the intersection of IT operations, content publishing, digital marketing, and data driven decision making.

It ensures that our public facing digital properties—especially Shatterproof.org—are secure, accessible, high performing, and aligned with the needs of Marketing, Fundraising, and Programs.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on CMS experience with WordPress; Drupal familiarity helpful.
• Experience administering fundraising/advocacy platforms and analytics.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Website Operations & Content Publishing across Shatterproof.org and microsites; update templates and ensure accessibility & design consistency.
• Configure GA4, monitor data quality, and build dashboards to inform internal teams.
• Support WordPress-to-Drupal migration with content inventories and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Fundraising; document workflows and provide staff training.
