Job summary

Republic Services in Phoenix seeks a Manager, Digital Operations to lead a product/implementation team focused on digital products and frontline operations. You will collaborate with Corporate, IT, and vendor groups to modernize field delivery and drive efficiency for a network of drivers and dispatchers.

This role will guide roadmaps, ensure quality, and communicate performance metrics to senior leadership, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across field

Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying standard operating procedures within a large organization.
• Experience deploying and maintaining mobile technology solutions and frontline optimization tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Proficient in creating content in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Experience supporting vendor relationships and managing product roadmaps in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, deployment, and evolution of mobile technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Defines and implements testing and scalability plans for technology solutions.
• Prepares performance metrics and communicates them to senior leadership.
• Oversees day-to-day management of mobile and in-office solutions for frontline staff.
