Job summary

PetSmart Store Support Group, Inc. in Phoenix-based Home Office seeks a Director of Digital Fulfillment & Delivery to set strategic direction and lead execution of digital fulfillment and delivery across North America.

You will own performance, cost efficiency, customer experience, and partner governance for BOPIS, Same Day Delivery, Autoship, Ship from Store, and related networks, partnering across functions to scale capabilities and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years Omni-Channel Retail experience, digital fulfillment preferred.
• 5+ years managing direct reports.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead NA digital fulfillment strategy across multiple programs.
• Own end-to-end fulfillment and delivery experience across channels.
• Lead optimization of digital fulfillment channels and processes.
• Advance BOPIS capabilities and performance.
• Manage vendor negotiations and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Store Ops, Supply Chain, Merchants and MP&A.
• Represent Digital Fulfillment in enterprise initiatives.
