Caleres, Inc. in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Representative, Digital Operations to support digital business setups, assets, and brand standards for our own sites and marketplaces.

You will monitor site content, coordinate with eCommerce, Sales, Planning and product teams, and prepare weekly inventory and pricing reports. The role emphasizes attention to detail and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 0-2 years retail sales or wholesale experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong partnering skills; problem solving and analytical skills.
• High Attention to Detail.
• Microsoft Office products; excellent Excel skills.
• SAP, PLM and/or BI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operational set-ups for digital business, ensuring product attributes and digital assets meet brand standards for own sites, external accounts and marketplaces.
• Monitor copy, digital assets, and inventory feed processes to ensure accurate assortments across sites and marketplaces.
• Maintain effective partnerships and communication with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, Costing, Sales, Planning and product.
• Provide weekly updates and reports to Sales on inventory, market pricing, and site audits; conduct weekly meetings with Sales and Brand Leads.
