Nexstar Media Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Digital Media Director for WGN-TV to lead the newsroom’s digital content operation, audience growth strategy, and streaming/CTV execution.

You will shape editorial strategy, drive multiplatform innovation, and ensure seamless integration across broadcast, digital, streaming, mobile, and social platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of leadership in digital news or multiplatform content operations.
• Proven success driving audience growth.
• Strong knowledge of analytics, SEO, audience behavior, social media, and streaming ecosystems.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms in a fast-paced newsroom.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital, social, streaming, and CTV content strategy.
