Qualifications

• Digital Navigators will conduct program participant intakes and design individualized Digital Development Plans.
• Provide digital literacy instruction at host sites and mentor participants.
• Evaluate program effectiveness via post-participation surveys and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Work in-person at host sites in Minnesota.
• Assist participants in achieving digital literacy goals and employment gains.
• Update or create digital resource guides and track outcomes.
