Job summary

Renfro Brands is seeking an experienced Digital Merchandising & Site Experience Manager to lead the day-to-day visual and commercial execution across our B2C and B2B storefronts. You will own catalog presentation, PDPs, and collection curation in Shopify Plus, working under the Director of E-Commerce.

You’ll coordinate seasonal launches, manage app integrations, track GA4 and Shopify Analytics, and support A/B testing.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of dedicated hands-on experience in digital merchandising or ecommerce operations, specifically with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
• Experience managing product catalogs, collections, and merchandising rules.
• Familiarity with wholesale/B2B catalog structures and pricing is a plus.
• Proficient with Shopify Analytics and GA4 for performance insights.
• A/B testing and CRO tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on merchandising and catalog execution for B2C and B2B storefronts.
• Own PDP setup, copy, imagery, and cross-sell placements.
• Coordinate seasonal launches, new arrivals, and promotional events.
• Manage Shopify Plus app integrations and theme tweaks with development support.
• Track performance metrics and generate merchandising insights.
