Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a Site Merchandising Coordinator to manage day-to-day Shopify Plus operations and the ecommerce ecosystem. You will partner with Marketing, Creative, and Ops to ensure the site is accurate, high-performing, and conversion-focused.

This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who wants to impact online revenue and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced DTC brand environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of ecommerce or digital merchandising experience.
• Hands-on with Shopify Plus and ecommerce CMS tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and solution-oriented, able to work independently.
• Strong cross-team communication and collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Shopify operations and site stability.
• Set up, QA, and launch new products on Shopify Plus and mobile app.
• Maintain and audit product catalog data (descriptions, imagery, sizing, inventory, pricing).
• Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with developers or teams.
• Support merchandising and campaigns to optimize conversions.
• Assist with campaign execution and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Ops, and warehouse teams.
• Analyze site and product performance to inform decisions.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and external agencies.
• QA changes and deployments for campaigns.
