This position offers valuable experience with a large-scale consumer brand while working alongside a collaborative and results-driven team.

About the Role:

Length - 3 months - covering for a leave of absence

Location - Role is primarily remote but an onsite presence is required 1 day every other week in Manhattan, New York

Schedule - Full Time

Compensation - 32-37/hr. based on experience

The Opportunity

The Digital Merchandiser is responsible for executing and optimizing the online customer experience for assigned product categories. This role drives site merchandising strategy, product launches, promotional execution, and performance analysis to maximize sales, conversion, and customer engagement. The Digital Merchandiser partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and compelling shopping experience that aligns with category objectives and seasonal business priorities.

The Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of assigned product categories on the website. Maintain a high standard of site presentation, ensuring products, promotions, navigation, and content are accurate and customer-ready.
• Provide weekly business updates and actionable recommendations, highlighting key trends, risks, opportunities, and learnings.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and engagement metrics to inform merchandising decisions and optimize category performance.
• Partner closely with Merchants, Brand Strategy, Creative, and Site Producer teams to ensure successful launches.

The Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital merchandising experience.
