  • Help prioritize which products and product lines receive enhanced content and enrichment investment based on customer needs and business opportunity.
  • Ensure product information and enriched content are accurate, consistent, and effectively presented across channels, conducting quality assurance on product pages to confirm alignment with brand and business requirements.
  • Participate in testing, iteration, and optimization of product content and imagery, using feedback and performance insights to improve presentation and conversion.
  • Help maintain and apply digital merchandising standards, templates, and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency across product enrichment efforts.
  • Use AI and emerging merchandising or analytics tools responsibly to support research, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Participate in merchandising strategy and ideation, contributing recommendations - not just execution - for how products are presented and positioned.
  • Partner with Product, Ecommerce, Content, Design, and Digital Experience on product launches, promotions, and growth initiatives.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and product lines from initial brief through execution and delivery, managing deliverables, timelines, and next steps.
Professional Development
  • Stay current on digital merchandising trends, ecommerce best practices, and emerging tools and technologies through ongoing self-directed learning.
  • Pursue relevant training, certifications, or educational opportunities to strengthen merchandising, content, and analytical skills.
