Job summary

Thomasville Restoration is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to craft authentic digital storytelling from on-site and office environments. You will capture real moments, edit engaging videos, and shape our brand voice across social platforms.

You’ll collaborate with the Marketing & Brand team to produce content that aligns with company initiatives, support events, and strengthen our culture and recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience creating digital content for social media across platforms.
• Strong storytelling skills with short-form video expertise.
• Proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut).
• Ability to work in-person on job sites and office environments.
• Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with teams.
• Creative, reliable and detail-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Storytelling across job sites, office life, and events.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media and brand storytelling.
• Edit and deliver content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Assist with customer testimonials, team spotlights, and culture storytelling.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Brand to align with company initiatives.
• Support social content planning for events and internal initiatives.
• Maintain visual style, tone, and storytelling consistency across platforms.
• Capture internal culture moments for recruiting and onboarding.
