Job summary

Thomasville Restoration is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to help tell our story through authentic social content, day-to-day site life, and recruiting visuals. You’ll work in-person with our Marketing & Brand team to capture real moments, edit short-form and long-form videos, and deliver content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Knowledge of construction or service industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience creating digital content for social media (personal or business accounts).
• Strong understanding of short-form video content and storytelling.
• Proficient with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Storytelling: Capture day-to-day content across job sites, office life, team interactions, and company events
• Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media, recruiting, and brand storytelling
• Edit and deliver content optimized for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Assist with customer testimonial videos, team spotlights, and culture-driven storytelling
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Brand team to execute content aligned with company initiatives
• Social & Digital Content Support: Support the creation of a minimum of three impactful social media posts per week
• Identify content trends and creative opportunities relevant to Thomasville’s audience
• Assist with content planning and execution for company events, offsites, and internal initiatives
• Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and storytelling across all platforms
• Brand & Culture Support: Capture internal culture moments for recruiting, onboarding, and internal communications
• Help tell the story of Thomasville’s people, values, and community involvement
• Work alongside leadership and teammates to ensure content reflects Thomasville’s brand and voice

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• Experienced in creating digital content for social media (personal accounts, business accounts, or both)
• Strong understanding of short-form video content and storytelling
• Proficient with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
• Comfortable working in-person, in real environments, and around people
• A strong communicator who collaborates well with a team
• Creative, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Preferred (but not required): Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Experience creating content for service-based, construction, or blue-collar industries
