Job summary

Nexstar Media Group, Inc. seeks a Digital Media Sales Account Executive to drive digital advertising revenue in a fast-paced market. You will prospect, pitch, and close new business with agencies and direct advertisers while building a robust sales pipeline.

The role emphasizes client relationships, tailored proposals, and delivering campaigns across display, video, social, and CTV. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with a 50K-65K base plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in media and digital media sales or account management.
• Strong understanding of display, video, social, and CTV.
• Established relationships with brand advertisers and/or agencies.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue goals.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new business with agencies and direct advertisers
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and top-notch service
• Prepare and present tailored digital media proposals and campaigns
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deliverables
• Stay current on industry trends to identify new opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
