Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
• Data analytics, customer insights, research, and strategy experience.
• Strong Excel and Tableau skills; ability to present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing/creative briefs.
• Craft, implement, and measure marketing communication plans.
• Develop customer-centric messaging and communications.
• Lead research efforts to surface actionable insights.
• Support process improvement initiatives and be mentored for future leadership.
