Here Are The Abilities We Seek
  • Create, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions on websites and landing pages
  • Test and improve performance to meet client goals using PPC/paid search, paid social, retargeting, and display media campaigns
  • Collaborate with Account Managers & Digital Media leadership to develop ideas, implement plans, and measure results
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities to enhance performance and ROI
  • Run trials on ad creative, landing page designs, beta opportunities, vendors, and other campaign elements to maximize results
  • Identify and present new growth opportunities to clients to improve digital marketing ROI
  • Manage relationships with vendors to optimize budget and performance
  • Participate in client calls to discuss account performance, data interpretation, and actionable plans
  • Collaborate across channels with other teams to provide clients with a comprehensive view of their digital activities

What You Offer
Educational Requirements and Background
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Analytics, or a related field, or comparable work experience
Required Skills
  • 1+ years managing PPC/SEM campaigns
  • Experience with paid search, paid social, display, or other digital media channels
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or related certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for trend analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Skills
  • Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or related certifications
  • Experience with third-party management tools like Marin, DoubleClick Search, Kenshoo/Skai
  • Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript
  • Understanding of the Higher Education and Post-Secondary Education sector
