About The Team:

Our eCommerce Team collaborates directly with clients to develop strategic digital roadmaps and oversee execution, focusing on streamlining business processes and increasing sales. We are a collaborative, innovative team passionate about elevating our clients' businesses.

About The Role:

We seek a motivated, tech-savvy professional to join our eCommerce Strategy Team. Responsibilities include handling Shopify liquid questions, managing client Shopify sites, providing digital strategy, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and managing Shopify development updates. This role reports to the Director of Client Strategy.

Email Marketing:

• Create and manage clients' email marketing calendars.
• Execute campaigns, automate email flows, manage lists and segmentation.
• Coordinate with creative teams to meet deadlines.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
• Develop email strategies for prospects and existing customers.
• Research industry trends and UX best practices for effective messaging.
• Ensure visual appeal and content hierarchy align with brand standards.
• Communicate campaign goals clearly in briefs.
• Analyze KPIs and share insights for continuous improvement.

Shopify eCommerce Management:

• Analyze Shopify liquid themes to troubleshoot client issues.
• Collaborate with developers for efficient implementations.
• Manage pixel installations and troubleshoot as needed.
• Understand metafields and Shopify Admin thoroughly.
• Assist in training team members on Shopify.

Digital Merchandising:

• Develop eCommerce strategies based on site data and client goals.
• Coordinate site strategy execution with team members.
• Identify Shopify-specific solutions for client needs.
• Research and recommend third-party apps and integrations.

Requirements:

What You'll Need to Have:

• Located in the United States.
• 3+ years in eCommerce industry.
• 2+ years experience with Shopify.
• Knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email platforms, including analytics, segmentation, flows, and A/B testing.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Deep understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem for strategic advising.
• Experience editing emails in Figma is a plus.
