Description

BASIC FUNCTION:

This position is essential to achieving our digital marketing goals by developing and executing on strategies for paid social, paid search, display advertising, and other digital channels. This position requires high attention to detail, as day-to-day campaign management rests primarily on this position. In addition to managing digital campaigns, this position is required to develop detailed reports on campaign performance and suggest budget allocation to campaigns based on performance. This position also contributes to execution of website, email, and SEO strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Regularly assess and adjust paid digital advertising campaigns to optimize for performance based on goals set forth by leadership.
  • Develop and pitch ideas for new campaigns based on general knowledge, business goals, and past campaign performance.
  • Develop detailed reports on digital campaign performance and present results to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Develop and coordinate social media content that helps connect the bank with both customers and non-customers and improves brand awareness and reputation.
  • Assist in managing website content, such as developing new pages, posting new blogs, and implementing blog revisions based on guidance from the team with the goals of driving website traffic, optimizing pages for conversion, and maintaining accurate information on websites.
  • Coordinate with on-staff graphic designer to create marketing collateral for emails, social media, and digital advertising.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND TRAINING:

  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google & Meta
  • Knowledge of WordPress/CMS
  • Google Analytics & Ads Certifications
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Understanding of key digital marketing metrics and terminology
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to uphold the bank’s reputation.
  • Interest in learning about the bank’s products and services, policies, and regulations
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, present ideas, and report on results efficiently.
  • Willingness to perform outreach in the form of emails and phone calls.
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members and accept feedback.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Sitting for extended periods of time; approximately 8 hours a day with the ability to move around a little.
  • Lift 10-20lbs periodically.
  • Occasionally asked to work evenings and/or weekends.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience relevant to the position
