What you'll do:

  1. Develop and implement paid search (PPC) strategies using platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to generate leads and improve brand awareness.
  2. Develop and implement paid social media strategies to generate brand awareness, improve engagement and brand loyalty, and generate leads.
  3. Assist in creating and improving the efficacy of the company’s digital marketing assets and dynamic media.
  4. Increase traffic to multiple company sites and improve lead generation from those sites.
  5. Collaborate with marketing analysts, IT, CRM, and other systems to ensure digital campaigns are managed and tracked throughout the sales process.
  6. Establish best practices and explore new methods in digital marketing to meet the company’s objectives for customer engagement, lead generation, and brand loyalty.
  7. Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design, Product, and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
  8. Manage in-house designers and developers and coordinate with outsourced website/application designers and developers.
  9. Identify online/digital advertising needs and opportunities to reach target audiences.
  10. Work with business unit leaders to develop and execute business-specific digital strategies.
  11. Measure responses to program changes using Google Analytics and other tools. Create analysis reports, KPIs, and dashboards to communicate digital strategy performance and impact.

What we need from you:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, English, or related field with at least five (5) years of experience in digital marketing and website management.
  2. Experience with paid search advertising and social media advertising.
  3. Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  4. Demonstrable experience with CRM software and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  5. Understanding of UTM tracking.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Strong analytical and project management skills.
  8. Experience monitoring and tracking online advertising through Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  9. Some familiarity with web design and HTML.

Travel Requirements: >5%

License and Certification Requirements: Google Ads Certification required.

Salary Range: $76,000-$115,000. Pay varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full benefits package during the interview process.
