Innova Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for a full‑time, 6‑month contract located in Lawrence Township, NJ (50% onsite at either Lawrence Township, New Brunswick or Giralda Farms). The role focuses on omnichannel marketing, budgeting, and coordinating across Brand teams, capability leads, and strategists.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in omnichannel marketing project management, familiarity with Agile principles, and experience with pharma marketing and launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in omnichannel marketing project management and budget allocation.
• Familiarity with Agile principles.
• Familiar with marketing asset specifications, templates, content management systems, workflows.
• Familiar with external vendors, budgets and invoicing including vendor performance management.
• Experience with pharma marketing and launches.

Responsibilities

• Manages production budgeting for a book of work for a series of brands or Therapeutic area.

• Performs QA and spot checking across marketing materials for both digital and print.
• Attends status meetings for Brand or Therapeutic area with matrix participants to ensure deadlines are being adhered to.
• Navigates project management, workflow, timelines, finances, and inform improvements needed.

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is Full‑time, Contract Duration: 06 Months, located in Lawrence Township, New Brunswick or Giralda Farms, NJ (50% onsite at either location).

As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will:

• Manages the production budgeting for a book of work for a series of brands or Therapeutic area.
• Provides forecasting at year end to the brand team during next year's brand planning discussions across the printed marketing material

• Familiarity with Agile Principles
• Familiar with marketing asset specifications, templates, content management systems, workflows
• Familiarity with Adobe platforms (such as Workfront), Veeva Promomats, Veeva Vault, Salesforce, Jira
• Experience managing external vendors, budgets and invoicing including vendor performance management
• Experience in inventory management; understanding reporting logistics
• Experience with all pharma marketing and launch scenarios

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $70 - $78 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
