Innova Solutions is seeking a Computer System Validation (CSV) Quality Support Lead for a client project in Raritan, NJ. This full-time, 4–6 month contract role is hybrid and requires availability for 3 days on-site weekly.

You will lead validation lifecycle activities, manage risk-based scope, and drive documentation and compliance outcomes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CSV validation experience, strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Must have lead CSV validation projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with risk-based validation and data integrity concepts.
• Familiarity with RTM, test scripts, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation deliverables across the lifecycle, including planning, execution, and final reporting.
• Apply risk-based approach to define scope and testing depth.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure GMP/GxP compliance.
• Support the client during audits and regulatory reviews.

Duration: 4-6 Months Contract

Location: Raritan NJ (Hybrid)

Must be able to work from 3 days a week

Job Description

Lead and execute validation deliverables across the lifecycle: risk assessment, validation planning, requirements traceability, test strategy, test execution, deviation management, and final reporting/release.

Apply a risk-based approach (e.g., GxP impact, patient/product risk, data integrity) to define validation scope and testing depth.

Documentation

• Compliance Plan / Test Protocol (as applicable)
• Risk Assessments (e.g., system impact, functional risk)
• Requirements and Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Test scripts, test summaries, and compliance reports

Pay Range & Benefits

Pay Range*: $45 - $48/- per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
