Apartments.com Sales Associate in Milwaukee will serve as a strategic digital marketing partner to the Multifamily industry, presenting and selling marketing solutions to help clients meet goals. You will grow revenue by prospecting new clients and expanding existing accounts, with comprehensive training to build market credibility and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start; driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior.
• Ability to regularly drive for extended periods.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities using market data to identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor to their marketing plan.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and real estate trends.
• Partner with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and service.
• Deliver regular, value-added communication and market insights to clients.
