Senior Recruiter at Genuine Search Group

Our client is an industry leader in tailoring digital marketing solutions for automotive dealerships across the country. They are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Sales Consultant to assist with their business development efforts.

This is a fully-remote opportunity where you would be responsible for a specific market on the east coast.

This role would have a base salary of $85k, with an expected OTE of $200k.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and email outreach
  • Nurture inbound leads to uncover and develop new business opportunities
  • Maintain a high volume of sales activities, including calls, presentations, and proposal submissions
  • Perform thorough research on target accounts to create customized sales strategies
  • Work effectively within a dynamic, collaborative team environment
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations primarily through Webex
  • Oversee the entire sales process, keeping detailed records in HubSpot
  • Successfully secure new business agreements

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience selling digital marketing services or similar products
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience specifically within the automotive sector (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
