ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic Growth Marketing Lead, Sales to drive our school district acquisition strategy and support our sales pipeline throughout the funnel. In this critical role, you will develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, enhance our digital presence, and directly contribute to revenue growth.

In addition to owning the strategy, you will need to execute on the work as well. You will be responsible for content creation, sales enablement, product marketing, acquisition campaigns, and more. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing but will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and broader sales team to create compelling content, optimize digital channels, and implement data-driven campaigns. You will be responsible for reporting out on key metrics to maximize pipeline growth and conversion rates.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads for our sales pipeline
  • Own and optimize our organic digital presence, including website content, SEO strategy, and social media growth
  • Create compelling content and sales enablement materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to school district decision-makers
  • Implement lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the sales funnel from initial awareness to closed-won contracts
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns for key seasonal moments in the education purchasing cycle
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales strategies and goals
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously optimize strategies and improve ROI
  • Stay current on education technology trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy
  • Support the Sales team with materials and messaging for conferences, events, and direct outreach
WHO YOU ARE
  • 5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience, preferably in K-12 edtech, startup, and/or healthcare
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and contributing to sales pipeline growth
  • Experience with digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and social media growth strategies
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling B2B messaging
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and supporting the full sales cycle
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for mental health advocacy and improving outcomes for students
