Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Manager at BetaTest Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a team, managing SEO, running paid campaigns, analyzing website analytics, and devising digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's and clients' online presence and drive business growth.

Overall Responsibility:

1. Leadership role, managing a team of marketing associates, SEO analysts, and content writers.
2. Client-facing role, taking charge of client meetings, creating and presenting reports, and driving team performance.
3. Leverage extensive experience in SEO and paid campaigns to bring new perspectives and stay relevant in this constantly evolving field.
4. Create and implement tactics to boost organic rankings and search traffic.
5. Conduct keyword research to discover new targeting keywords and inform content strategies.
6. Continuously monitor, measure, and evaluate ranking results, adjusting SEO strategies as needed.
7. Manage and report on SEO performance and optimization efforts, both ongoing and ad hoc.
8. Develop and implement site migration, content, and redirect strategies for large and complex websites as part of a team.
9. Perform competition analysis and devise strategies to help clients excel in their industries.

Mandatory Skills:

1. 5+ years of proven SEO knowledge and experience with paid campaigns.
2. Experience managing PPC ads on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
3. Excellent knowledge of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online client acquisition.
4. Extensive knowledge of website analytics tools.
5. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
6. Excellent understanding of various backlinking strategies.
7. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and restrictions.
8. Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
9. Ability to stay updated with the latest SEO and SEM developments and best practices.
