Job summary

Newrez LLC in Maryland seeks a TraIL Operations Specialist as part of the TRAIL program for recent graduates. You will rotate through Digital Customer Engagement Marketing, Web + SEO Marketing, and Paid Digital Marketing, gaining hands-on leadership experience.

The 12-month program provides mentorship, performance-based progression, and exposure to process improvement and analytics. July 2027 start date included.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree from accredited college.
• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
• Data analytics, customer insights, research, and strategy.
• Excel in a team-oriented environment contributing to value-add strategies.
• Able to clearly articulate ideas to diverse audiences, including leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Entrepreneurial business mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau; PowerPoint and Visio a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing/creative briefs.
