Newrez LLC is seeking a TRAIL Operations Specialist in Digital Marketing. This 12-month rotational leadership program targets recent grads and provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, and paid campaigns, with mentorship across multiple business areas.

You will craft briefs, develop and measure communication plans, and analyze customer insights to support leadership decisions during a fast-paced 12-month program starting July 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Strong data analytics and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency with Excel; Tableau experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing/creative briefs.
• Craft and measure marketing communication plans.
• Update customer-centric messaging/communications.
• Manage customer and competitive research to surface insights.
• Perform business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership.
