Newrez is launching the TRAIL Operations Specialist program, a 12-month rotational leadership development track designed for recent graduates. The role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and a path to management through project work in marketing areas.

Assignments span Digital Customer Engagement Marketing, Web + SEO Marketing, and Paid Digital Marketing, with formal training and certifications along the way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Business Administration or Marketing degree preferred.
• Strong data analytics and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing/creative briefs.
• Craft, implement, measure marketing communications plans.
• Craft or update customer-centric messaging/communications.
• Manage customer and competitive research to surface insights.
• Perform duties under supervision to learn management responsibilities.
• Analyze business data and propose process improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional training to understand company functions.
