Job summary

Civitas Senior Living is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive qualified inquiries, visits, and move-ins across our portfolio of communities. You will own the full digital funnel from paid ads to CRM-driven lead nurturing and reporting.

The role requires practical expertise with Google Ads, Meta, SEO, A/B testing, landing pages, and analytics. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and design teams to optimize performance, attribution, and occupancy growth using

Qualifications

3–5+ years in digital or performance marketing with hands-on ad management.
Experience with paid advertising across Google Ads and Meta, and strong analytics capabilities.
Proficiency in digital reporting, attribution, and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Monitor performance metrics: inquiries, cost per inquiry, conversions, move-ins, occupancy, and ROAS.
Lead the optimization of landing pages, forms, CTAs, and conversion paths.
Support website, SEO, local search visibility, and content optimization.
Create and manage email marketing, lead-nurture, remarketing, and re-engagement campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales/Operations to improve speed to lead and CRM utilization.
Develop dashboards and reports communicating results and opportunities.
