Job summary

BeautySpace is seeking a creative, organized, digitally minded Digital Coordinator to support our digital marketing, e‑commerce and consumer engagement strategies. This role blends creativity with analytics to drive customer experience and sales across website, email, social, and campaigns.

You will collaborate with Digital Marketing, E‑Commerce, Creative, Buying and Sales teams to bring campaigns to life while ensuring on‑brand messaging and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, social media or related field.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance or retail preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling, publishing and analytics tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaigns.
• CMS or e-commerce platform experience; basic HTML and SEO knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of digital marketing initiatives to drive engagement, visibility, traffic and sales.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets and deliverables across teams.
• Maintain online shopping experience and product information on the website.
• Assist with social media content calendars, posts and community management.
• Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters and automation.
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools; report insights.
• Collaborate across Digital Marketing, E‑Commerce, Creative and Sales teams.
