Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, English, communications, or interior design.
• 1+ year of related work experience in marketing, web analytics, and project management.
• Knowledge of web analytics is a plus; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing management and optimization of digital communication channels.
• Coordinate email lifecycle campaigns with designers and developers to ensure production readiness.
• Identify and report website bugs to ensure a reliable online experience.
• Support A/B testing and business automation initiatives.
• Contribute to SEO by improving product content and on-page elements.
• Create dashboards and status updates to communicate progress across initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of customer behaviors to inform engagement strategies.
