Job summary

The Attleboro Norton YMCA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support programs, events, and services through digital and print media. You will manage the website, social channels, and marketing materials to enhance community engagement and ensure branding consistency across channels.

The role requires coordinating with program directors, creating content, and assisting with newsletters and campaigns. Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed to cover YMCA events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience managing social media platforms for a nonprofit or business.
• Experience updating websites (WordPress or similar).
• Experience creating marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Daxko or similar membership/program management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the YMCA website with current programs and events.
• Manage YMCA social media platforms: create, schedule, publish content and engage with audience.
• Attend programs and events to capture photos/videos for marketing materials and campaigns.
• Create promotional materials (flyers, posters, digital graphics) for programs and news campaigns.
• Assist in developing content for newsletters and email campaigns.
